Modern land and property relations suffer from the appearance of registry errors in cadastral documentation. Their presence significantly affects the conduct of various manipulations with real estate. Given the conditions under which a particular error was received and the particularities of actions with land having these errors, a real estate transaction can be terminated or delayed in time. Thus, we can conclude that it is necessary to eliminate these errors as soon as possible. Two options for correcting registry errors are considered: the formation of an inter-technical or technical plan, or, based on a court decision, depending on the cause of the occurrence, correct such an error. We are considering a registry error made in determining the coordinates of the boundaries of the land in s. Trekhprotoka Volga region of the Astrakhan region. Having completed engineering and geodetic work, a registry error was discovered. Discrepancies in the areas of the land plot were determined, which were explained by the inappropriate accuracy of the selected geodetic equipment. Disputed issues on the boundaries of the land were settled. Thus, according to the results of monitoring and acceptance of geodetic calculations, it was established compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents. All this is the basis for the state registration of the rights of the land plan of the land plot with the introduction of a corrected error in determining the boundaries and the disk with the electronic record of the land plan in XML format.
