Throughout the history of the development of urbanized territories, scientists began to worry about the problem of the ecological state of the environment relatively recently, only at the end of the 20th century. Today, the negative impact of urbanized areas on the environment is increasing, so it is necessary to take measures to reduce the negative processes of the urban environment. This article will consider the issue of the ecological-landscape approach of establishing zones with special conditions for the use of territories and their specificity in urbanized territories.
