В данной статье выполнен анализ развития территории городского округа города Тюмень на основании документов территориального планирования. Автором обосновано развитие территории на основании градостроительной документации, принятия управленческих решений, проанализированы планы и программы развития территории на перспективу на основании градостроительной документации, сформулированы выводы и предложения по управлению объекта исследования.

This article analyzes the development of the territory of the urban district of the city of Tyumen on the basis of territorial planning documents. The author substantiates the development of the territory on the basis of urban planning documentation, making management decisions, analyzes plans and programs for the development of the territory for the future on the basis of urban planning documentation, formulates conclusions and proposals for the management of the research object.
