Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме развития межотраслевого взаимодействия хозяйствующих субъектов АПК мезоуровня. Цель исследования – выявление приоритетных направлений, ключевых институционально-хозяйственных факторов, детерминирующих развитие межотраслевого взаимодействия предприятий АПК Краснодарского края. Проведены монографический анализ источников литературы по исследуемой проблеме, сравнение научных подходов, авторских позиций в отношении предпосылок развития, институционально-хозяйственных форм регулирования межотраслевого взаимодействия хозяйствующих субъектов территориального АПК. Реализованы системно-структурный, институциональный и комплексный подходы к уточнению факторов, организационных моделей развития межотраслевых связей и отношений в АПК Краснодарского края. Представлена авторская интерпретация системы факторов повышения эффективности межотраслевого взаимодействия хозяйствующих субъектов отечественного АПК в соответствии с экономическим содержанием, внутрикорпоративной природой и характером внешнего влияния. На основе анализа динамики развития АПК Краснодарского края в 2019-2023 гг. выделены комплексные проблемы, ограничивающие развитие воспроизводственных процессов, межотраслевого обмена и распределения, включая нарастающий ценовой диспаритет, рост волатильности товарно-сырьевых, финансовых рынков, сохранение структурных диспропорций развития АПК, состояние материально-технической базы сельхозпроизводителей, олигополизацию высокомаржинальных секторов АПК крупными корпорациями, нерациональное использование земельных ресурсов, дефицит квалифицированных кадров в сельском хозяйстве и т.д. Выделены действенные инструменты нивелирования последствий диспаритета цен в АПК Краснодарского края, приоритетные направления и институционально-хозяйственные факторы развития межотраслевого взаимодействия предприятий. Раскрыт потенциал трансформации межотраслевого взаимодействия на основе механизмов вертикальной интеграции. Особое внимание уделено возможностям корпораций и кластерных структур в развитии межотраслевого взаимодействия, инновационной модернизации хозяйствующих субъектов АПК Краснодарского края. При этом кластеризация рассматривается как равномерный процесс концентрации производства, эволюции организационных форм внутри- и межотраслевого взаимодействия хозяйствующих субъектов территориального АПК. Систематизированы последствия кластеризации межфирменных, межотраслевых связей и отношений в АПК на микро- и мезоуровнях.

The article is devoted to the urgent problem of the development of inter-sectoral interaction of agricultural entities of the meso-level. The purpose of the study is to identify priority areas, key institutional and economic factors that determine the development of inter-sectoral cooperation between agricultural enterprises of the Krasnodar region. A monographic analysis of literature sources on the problem under study, a comparison of scientific approaches, author's positions regarding the prerequisites for development, institutional and economic forms of regulation of inter-sectoral interaction of economic entities of the territorial agro-industrial complex are carried out. System-structural, institutional and integrated approaches have been implemented to clarify factors, organizational models for the development of inter-sectoral relations and relations in the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar region. The author's interpretation of the system of factors for increasing the efficiency of inter-sectoral interaction between agricultural entities in the domestic agro-industrial complex is presented in accordance with the economic content, intra-corporate nature and the nature of external influence. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar region in 2019-2023 the complex problems limiting the development of reproductive processes, inter-sectoral exchange and distribution are highlighted, including the growing price disparity, the growth of volatility of commodity and financial markets, the preservation of structural imbalances in the development of agriculture (lagging I sphere), the state of the material and technical base of agricultural producers, oligopolization of high-margin sectors of agriculture by large corporations, irrational use of land resources, the shortage of qualified personnel in agriculture, etc. Effective tools for leveling the effects of price disparity in the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar region, priority areas and institutional and economic factors for the development of inter-sectoral interaction of enterprises are highlighted. The potential of transformation of inter-sectoral interaction based on vertical integration mechanisms is revealed. Special attention is paid to the possibilities of corporations and cluster structures in the development of inter-sectoral cooperation, innovative modernization of agricultural entities of the Krasnodar region. At the same time, clustering is considered as a uniform process of concentration of production, the evolution of organizational forms of intra- and inter-sectoral interaction of economic entities of the territorial agro-industrial complex. The consequences of clustering of inter-firm, inter-industry relations and relations in the agro-industrial complex at the micro- and meso-levels are systematized.
