В статье рассмотрены способы платежа и формы расчетов по внешнеторговым контрактам с учетом оптимальных условий и интересов экспортера и импортера. Указаны принципы организации международных расчетов и факторы, влияющие на выбор формы оплаты. Определены преимущества и недостатки наиболее используемых форм расчетов для экспортеров и импортеров, а также вероятные риски сторон. Сделаны выводы о целесообразности выбора конкретного вида и формы расчета.

In the article the methods of payment and forms of payment under foreign trade contracts taking into account the optimal conditions and the interests of the exporter and importer. Noted the principles of the organization for international settlements and the factors influencing the choice of forms of payment. There were identified advantages and disadvantages of the most used forms of payment for exporters and importers, as well as the likely risks of the parties. Conclusions were drawn about the appropriateness of selecting a particular type and form of calculation.
