В статье рассматриваются вопросы реформирования системы здравоохранения Республики Казахстан и их финансирования. Определены источники финансирования и приоритеты финансовой политики страны в сфере здравоохранения. Отражен порядок перехода к системе обязательного социального медицинского страхования. Была определена роль государственно-частного партнерства в реализации программы развития здравоохранения.

The article considers the issues of reforming the health care system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their financing. Identified funding sources and priorities of the financial policy of the country in the health sector. Reflected the order of the transition to the system of mandatory social medical insurance. Was defined the role of public-private partnership in the implementation of the healthcare development program.
