Сельскохозяйственная кооперация является перспективным направлением развития аграрной экономики. Для регионального АПК важнейшую роль играет кооперация в молочном подкомплексе. Актуальность статьи обусловлена необходимостью исследования ее специфики и проблем с целью повышения эффективности производства и переработки молока. На основе системного анализа и монографического метода раскрыты специфические организационные, экономические, производственные особенности молочного подкомплекса АПК. В результате выявлены и проанализированы проблемы, препятствующие успешному развитию молочного подкомплекса.
