В статье рассматриваются вопросы обоснованного выбора систем теплоснабжения жилого фонда предприятиями сферы городского строительства и хозяйства, включая ЖКХ с целью снижения эксплуатационных издержек. Авторы анализируют причины роста производственных издержек предприятий городского строительства и хозяйства региона при эксплуатации жилого фонда, включая процессы обслуживания и ремонта систем теплоснабжения. Предлагаются некоторые пути и мероприятия к выбору технологии теплоснабжения, в том числе обоснованному выбору типажа тепловых пунктов для размещения в жилом фонде.
