    <p>В статье представлены основные направления перспектив развития жилищного строительства на местном уровне, включающие меры по активизации рынка жилья, учет земельных ресурсов для целей реализации жилищной программы, а также экономическое обоснование развития жилищного строительства в муниципальном образовании. На примере городского округа Балашиха Московской области представлены предпринимаемые меры по развитию строительства жилья и сопутствующей инфраструктуры.</p>

    <p>The main directions of prospects of development of housing construction at the local level including measures for housing market activization, accounting of land resources for implementation of the housing programme and also economic justification of development of housing construction in municipal unit are presented in article. On the example of the city district Balashikha of the Moscow region the undertaken measures for development of construction of housing and the accompanying infrastructure are presented.</p>
