В процессе разработки стратегии развития предприятия возникают проблемы определения стратегических целей, переводящих стратегическое видение и миссию в область практического использования. В работе предложен организационно-экономический механизм разработки стратегических целей предприятия микроуровневого управления. Предложена архитектура дерева стратегических целей на примере построения целей одного из предприятий микроуровневого управления, работающего в радиотехнической подотрасли авиационного направления. Архитектура дерева целей дает нам возможность определить параметры границ по выбранному направлению развития и обеспечить взаимосвязь стратегических целей со стратегией развития предприятия.

During the strategy development of the enterprise there are problems of defining strategic goals that make strategic vision and mission something for a practical use. The article proposes an organizational and economic mechanism for the development of strategic goals of the enterprise. The ¨tree¨ of strategic goals is based on the example of constructing the goals of one of the enterprises from radio engineering sub-sector of the aviation direction. It gives us the opportunity to determine the parameters of the boundaries in the chosen direction of development and to ensure the relationship of strategic goals with the development strategy of the enterprise.
