    <p>В статье рассмотрены экономические аспекты применения карбонатсодержащих цементных композиций для снижения затрат на ремонт и обслуживание зданий. Исследование акцентирует внимание на долговечности и повышенной устойчивости таких материалов к агрессивным внешним воздействиям, что позволяет уменьшить частоту ремонтных работ и повысить эксплуатационные характеристики зданий. Приводится анализ стоимости использования карбонатсодержащих цементов по сравнению с традиционными строительными материалами, с учётом их влияния на жизненный цикл сооружений. Сделан вывод о значительном сокращении затрат на обслуживание благодаря увеличению сроков службы конструкций и снижению необходимости в частом ремонте.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article discusses the economic aspects of the use of carbonate-containing cement compositions to reduce the cost of repair and maintenance of buildings. The study focuses on the durability and increased resistance of such materials to aggressive external influences, which makes it possible to reduce the frequency of repairs and improve the operational characteristics of buildings. The analysis of the cost of using carbonate-containing cements in comparison with traditional building materials is given, taking into account their impact on the life cycle of structures. The conclusion is made about a significant reduction in maintenance costs due to an increase in the service life of structures and a reduction in the need for frequent repairs.</p>
