In the article, the strategies are determined, the elements and the direction of the reconstruction of the agrarian sector are presented.  The agrarian policy is considered as an integral part of the state economic policy in the field of agriculture and agro-industrial production.  They have developed the recommendations for the development of the chemical policy and the primitive-legal regulation in the sphere of land relations.  A component of the state's economic policy in the sphere of agriculture and agro-industrial production has been singled out.
