В статье рассматривается система земельного права которая представляет собой сложное правовое явление, которое имеет свои закономерности формирования и тенденции развития. Анализируются общественные земельные отношения как предмет земельного права, а также экономическая и социальная сущность земельных отношений, их характер и особенности которые являются основным моментом и который обусловливает выделение сферы земельных отношений в качестве особого предмета правового регулирования.

Analyzed public land law as the subject of land law, economic and social essence of land relations, their nature and characteristics which are the main point and which leads to the selection of the sphere of land relations as a special subject of legal regulation.
