В статье рассмотрены проблемы развития законодательства об охране окружающей среды в аграрном секторе экономики с точки зрения аграрного и экологического права. Обосновываются требования, направленные на охрану компонентов природной среды, природных объектов, испытывающих антропогенную нагрузку сельскохозяйственной деятельности. Проводится анализ существующих в действующем законодательстве объектов правовой охраны и указывается на актуальность признания аграрной экосистемы специфическим объектом правовой охраны.

The article considers problems of development of legislation on environmental protection in the agrarian sector of economy from the point of view of agrarian and environmental law. Justified requirements aimed at the protection of natural environment components, natural objects experiencing anthropogenic pressure of agricultural activities. The analysis of existing in the current legislation, objects of legal protection and referred to the relevance of the recognition of the agricultural ecosystem specific object of legal protection.
