Констатировано, что при управлении социальными группами и субсоциумами необходима идентификация их поведенческой модели. Показано, что непременной компонентой этой модели является идентификации целевой ориентированности и запретительности локализованного субсоциума. Раскрывается системотехническая интерпретация собственного ви́дения социальной ответственности этого субсоциума через его цели и запрещения. В качестве демонстрационного применения разработки приводится обоснование утверждения о том, что, несмотря на достаточно высокую заинтересованность в активном участии в жизни общества, рассмотренный субсоциум проявляет низкий уровень активности в аспекте общественно-политической деятельности.
