В статье предпринята попытка ретроспективного анализа комплекса деяний связанных с политической преступностью. Рассмотрены различные периоды российской истории и изменение отношения законодателя к феномену политической преступности на различных этапах исторического развития и становления государства. Показано, что при всех различиях исторического контекста, деяния, имеющие отношения к политической преступности близки друг к другу по преследуемым целям, направленности и результатам.

In article attempt of the retrospective analysis of a complex of acts associated with a political crime. Consider the different periods of Russian history and to change the attitude of the legislator to the phenomenon of political crime at different stages of historical development and formation of the state. It is shown that with all the differences of historical context, acts related to political crime close to each other according to their aims, focus and results.
