В статье рассматриваются вопросы внедрения инноваций в складскую логистику торгового предприятия. Сегодня складская логистика является быстро растущей структурой логистики компании, которая напрямую связана с продуктивной работой транспортной инфраструктуры. Рассмотрены наиболее прогрессивные мировые инновации в складском секторе. Доказана эффективность складского технологического процесса через обеспечение рациональным построением, то есть четким, последовательным и продуманным выполнением складских операций. Возможность использования инноваций в складской логистике рассматривается на примере торгового предприятия. Авторами предложено совершенствование организации складского хозяйствования через введение двух технологий: «Адресный склад» и «Удаленный склад». Внедрение данных продуктов приведет к более эффективному использованию складских площадей, снижению затрат, прозрачности деятельности склада и улучшению работы по обслуживанию клиентов. После внедрения адресной системы хранения на складах должна увеличиться выработка комплектовщиков с 33% до 103%. Скорость комплектации заказа возрастет у контролеров на 15,5%, у комплектовщиков на 37,4%. Также будут снижены ошибки при комплектации заказа: количество претензий за месяц сократилось на 76,5%; ошибки-просчеты снизились на 10,3%; ошибки-пересорты на 75%. Доказано, что при минимальных финансовых затратах, есть возможность поднять выработку любого склада как минимум на 10-15% используя только лишь внедрение четко разработанной адресной системы хранения товаров. При внедрении технологии «Удаленный склад» увеличится количество позиций товара на 13,2% и количество клиентов на 13,9%. Результаты проведенного исследования позволяют сделать вывод о том, что внедрение инноваций «Адресный склад» и «Удаленный склад» в складскую логистику торгового предприятия будут способствовать при минимальных финансовых и временных затратах росту прибыли.

The introduction of these products will lead to more efficient use of warehouse space, lower costs, transparency of warehouse operations and better customer service. After the implementation of the address storage system in warehouses, the production of pick-ups should increase from 33% to 103%. The speed of the order picking will increase for the controllers by 15.5%, for the pickers by 37.4%. Also, mistakes will be reduced when ordering the order: the number of claims for the month decreased by 76.5%; errors-miscalculations decreased by 10.3%; mistakes-peresorty by 75%. It is proved that with minimal financial costs, it is possible to raise the output of any warehouse by at least 10-15% using only the introduction of a clearly designed address storage system for goods. With the introduction of the "Remote Warehouse" technology, the number of commodity items will increase by 13.2% and the number of customers by 13.9%. The results of the research lead to the conclusion that the introduction of innovations "Address Warehouse" and "Remote Warehouse" in the warehouse logistics of the trading company will contribute to the growth of profit with minimal financial and time costs.
