Принципы санитарно-гигиенического нормирования, предлагая защищать каждого отдельного человека, и только генофонд в природных сообществах, подразумевают: высокую устойчивость экосистем, и безграничность биосферы и природных систем. Очевидно, что эти принципы сопряжены с риском быстрого исчерпания емкости среды, а действующие стандарты качества среды не гарантирует сохранности и функционирования природных систем как единых сообществ. Действующий принцип санитарно-гигиенического нормирования «если защищен человек, то защищена и природа», должен быть заменен на принцип: «человек может быть здоров только в здоровой окружающей среде». В статье рассмотрены разработка и внедрение этнических диет для социумов с учетом геохимической формулы ландшафта проживания.

The principles of sanitary and hygienic regulation, suggesting the protection of each individual, and only the gene pool in natural communities, imply: the high stability of ecosystems, and the infinity of the biosphere and natural systems. Obviously, these principles entail the risk of a rapid depletion of the capacity of the environment, and the current environmental quality standards do not guarantee the preservation and functioning of natural systems as single communities. The current principle of sanitary and hygienic rationing "if a person is protected, then nature is protected", should be replaced by the principle: "a person can be healthy only in a healthy environment". The article considers the development and implementation of ethnic diets for societies taking into account the geochemical formula of the landscape of residence.
