Выявлены и детально рассмотрены изменения регулирования земельных и земельно-имущественных отношений. Произведен анализ теоретических и методических основ правового регулирования. Проанализирована и представлена нормативно-правовая база государственного кадастрового учета и государственной регистрации прав. Рассмотрены проблемы давностного владения недвижимостью. Разработаны предложения по совершенствованию механизма определения оснований для установления прав на землю и их регистрации.

The authors are analyzed the features of legal regulation of land and property relations; a study was made of the correlation between the norms of civil and land legislation of the Russian Federation in the regulation of land and property relations; they are analyzed the influence of the land code of the Russian Federation on civil-law regulation of land and property relations is made; proposals have been developed to improve the procedure for structuring the legal array of information for more convenient navigation. The authors note that improving the management system of land and property relations should provide for a continuous improvement of the legislative framework in terms of property rights, bringing the legal and economic aspects of property relations in line. The authors are proposed possible versions of Article 62 of Federal Law No. 218 of July 13, 2015 (as amended on 03.07.2016) "On State Registration of Real Estate" and Article 39 of the Federal Law "On the State Real Estate Cadastre" of July 24, 2007 N 221.
