В статье представлены особенности управления персоналом в проектном менеджменте в интеллектуальных и творческих организациях в современных условиях, характеризующихся ростом бизнес-рисков. Рассматривается роль персонала и команды проекта, в частности, как основание формирования конкурентного преимущества. Обосновывается влияние бизнес-рисков на процесс выработки решения и работы в команде.
