Информационно-коммуникационные технологии из инфраструктурного фактора преобразуются в фактор системообразования и гибкого перестраивания производственной системы. Влияние развития информационно-коммуникационного потенциала, приобретает интегрированный характер. В этой связи, статья посвящена вопросам раскрытию сущности ИКП наукоемкой организации, определению основных направлений обеспечения его интегрированного влияния на формирование благоприятной и конкурентоустойчивой внутренней среды. В качестве базового элемента информационно-коммуникационной системы рассматривается «online - или цифровой мониторинг».
