Целью исследования было изучение реальных потребностей ученых и специалистов АПК России в электронных информационных ресурсах ЦНСХБ. Определяли основные категории пользователей электронных информационных ресурсов ЦНСХБ и изучали их информационные потребности; выявляли и анализировали динамику их обращений к ресурсам; определяли приоритетные направления в организации и использовании электронных информационных ресурсов ЦНСХБ. Методом мониторинга проведено исследование на основе 12,0 млн. обращений пользователей к электронным информационным ресурсам ЦНСХБ в период 2015-2017 гг. Сбор и агрегирование информации осуществлялось с помощью аналитической системы Яндекс Метрика. Основным индикатором измерения использования интернет-ресурса - определен показатель посещаемости. Выявлена приоритетная группа пользователей электронных информационных ресурсов ЦНСХБ - удаленные пользователи (по БД СЭБЗ - 99,8%, по БД ЭНСХБ - около 97,5%). Наиболее востребованы ресурсы БД «Сельскохозяйственная электронная библиотека знаний» (около 12,0 млн. обращений), отмечена тенденция к снижению посещаемости (9%). Наиболее популярными (по количеству вхождений) являются ресурсы по ветеринарии (24,9%), сельскохозяйственной биологии (17,5%), животноводству (11,6%) и растениеводству (10,8%). Значительное количество тематических разделов характерезуется спорадическим спросом (раздел Растениеводство в 2015 г. - 13,3%, в 2016 г. - 10,1%, в 2017 г. - 9,3%). Самый высокий показатель посещаемости в разделе Ветеринария (24,9%). Тенденция к увеличению спроса наблюдается только в двух разделах: Сельскохозяйственная биология (на 3,5%) и Общие вопросы сельского хозяйства (на 1,5%). Наибольший интерес пользователей высывают электронные документы: Химическая энциклопедия (2015 г. - 13,0%, 2016 г. - 12,9%, 2017г. - 16,4%); Ветеринарный энциклопедический словарь (соответственно 11,5% - 12,3% - 13,3%). Сделан вывод, что полученные статистические данные позволяют оценить создание электронных информационных ресурсов по проблематике АПК как приоритетное направление обеспечения информационных потребностей пользователей ФГБНУ «Центральная научная сельскохозяйственная библиотека».

A great number of thematic sections is characterized by a sporadic demand (section Plant Production in 2015 - 13.3%, in 2016 - 10.1%, in 2017 - 9.3%). The highest attendance ratio is in the section Veterinary Medicine (24.9%). The tendency towards increasing the demand is observed only in two sections: Agricultural Biology (by 3.5%) and General Issues of Agriculture (by 1.5%).
