    <p>В статье рассматриваются результаты исследования особенностей мотивации профессиональной деятельности педагогов. Для изучения особенностей мотивации профессиональной деятельности педагогов был организован сбор данных у 60 респондентов в возрасте от 30 до 50 лет. Обработка полученных результатов осуществлялась в статистическом пакете SPSS Statistics 19.0 посредством дескриптивной статистики и других видов анализа. Обнаруженные закономерности подтвердили предположение о том, что мотивация профессиональной деятельности педагогов включает особые требованиям к его профессиональной компетентности.</p>

    <p>The article deals with the results of the study of the features of motivation of professional activity of teachers. To study the features of motivation of professional activity of teachers, data were collected from 60 respondents aged 30 to 50 years. The results were processed in the statistical package SPSS Statistics 19.0 by means of descriptive statistics and other types of analysis. The discovered regularities confirmed the assumption that the motivation of teachers ' professional activity includes special requirements to their professional competence.</p>
