Рассмотрены различные подходы к организации мониторинга экономической среду в строительных организациях. Показана роль и задачи мониторинга в управлении производственной деятельности строительных организаций. Приведена организационная структура службы мониторинга крупной строительной организации. Предложены методики проведения мониторинга экономической среды общего назначения и мониторинга состояния конкурентов строительной организации на различных сегментах рынка. Рассмотрена методика оценки эффективности мониторинга экономической среды для определения целесообразности его создания в строительной организации.
