В статье рассмотрены особенности связанные с использованием территории охотхозяйств. В России насчитывается около 5 тысяч охотпользователей, осуществляющих охотничью деятельность в 7 тысячах охотхозяйствах, в которых заняты порядка 80 тысяч человек. [20,17] Основной актуальной проблемой в настоящее время, не позволяющей охотхозяйственной отрасли динамично развиваться является отсутствие системного подхода к закреплению охотугодий. Первостепенной задачей в решении данной проблемы является пересмотр существующих подходов к закреплению угодий. Согласно действующему законодательству используется дифференцированный подход в регулировании вопросов использования данных угодий, что вызывает трудности в использовании и управлении данным видом угодий, а соответственно и отрасли.

The article describes the features associated with the use of the territory of hunting farms. In Russia, there are about 5 thousand hunting users engaged in hunting activities in 7 thousand hunting farms, which employ about 80 thousand people. [20,17] The main actual problem at present, which does not allow the hunting industry to develop dynamically, is the lack of a systematic approach to fixing hunting grounds. The primary task in solving this problem is to revise the existing approaches to the consolidation of land. According to the current legislation, a differentiated approach is used in regulating the issues of using these lands, which causes difficulties in the use and management of this type of land, and accordingly the industry.
