В статье рассматривается необходимость, порядок, особенности внесения сведений о границах населённых пунктов, границах территориальных зон в ЕГРН. Выявлены правовые аспекты, препятствующие незамедлительному направлению документов об описании местоположения границ населенных пунктов и границ территориальных зон в орган регистрации прав. Сформулированы предложения по приведению в соответствие сведений ЕГРН и градостроительной документации муниципальных образований.

The article discusses the need, order, features of making information about the boundaries of settlements, the boundaries of territorial zones in the USRN. The legal aspects that impede the immediate sending of documents describing the location of the boundaries of settlements and the boundaries of territorial zones to the rights registration authority are identified.
