В статье рассмотрены проблемы обеспечения роста доходности авиакомпании повышением эффективности эксплуатации воздушных судов за счет использования принципов логистики на основе производительности (PBL) в логистических потоках. Предложен механизм интеграции участников логистической поддержки эксплуатации воздушных судов на основе единого целевого ключевого индикатора, используемого в качестве управляемого показателя. Рассмотрены факторы влияния, управленческие решения и их результативность.

The article discusses the problems of ensuring the growth of airline profitability by increasing the efficiency of aircraft operations through the use of performance-based logistics principles (PBL) in logistics flows. A mechanism for the integration of participants in the logistics support of aircraft operation is proposed on the basis of a single target key indicator used as a managed indicator. Factors of influence, managerial decisions and their effectiveness are considered.
