В статье рассмотрены вопросы развития методических подходов в рамках модели концессионного девелопмента. В статье рассмотрена нормативно-правовая основа концессионного девелопмента». Проанализированы концессионные модели, которые подразделяются на инвестиционные и операционные. Инвестиционные концессии (в том числе BTO, BOOT, ROT, BOLT, BOO и др.) предусматривают создание нового объекта инфраструктуры за счет концессионера. К операционным концессиям относятся модели типа ROT ("восстановление - эксплуатация - передача") и AOT ("техническая реконструкция и расширение объекта - эксплуатация - передача"), в которых концедент передает концессионеру уже существующий объект для проведения его реконструкции, технического перевооружения или расширения, последующей эксплуатации восстановленного объекта концессионером и возврата по истечении срока концессии концеденту.
