В статье рассматривается роль финансовой стратегии в управлении корпорациями. Определен комплекс задач финансовой стратегии, которые ставят собственники и руководители корпораций, изучены этапы ее формирования. Проведено исследование типов стратегий, принимаемых во внимание на стадии принятия финансовой стратегии, а также рассмотрена необходимость анализа рисков деятельности корпораций.

The article discusses the role of financial strategy in corporate governance. The complex of tasks of financial strategy which are put by owners and heads of corporations is defined, stages of its formation are studied. The study of the types of strategies taken into account at the stage of adoption of the financial strategy, as well as the need for risk analysis of corporations.
