The article shows the results of a study of the possibilities of improving the efficiency of regional farmers' cooperation by introducing the "Intern of Cooperation" program into their management practice. The relevance of the research topic is determined by the presence of a number of negative factors that prevent farmers and small businesses from participating in agricultural cooperation. To overcome existing barriers, we have formulated, justified and proposed for the first time a targeted industry program "Intern of Cooperation" aimed at increasing the involvement of new participants in land and other agricultural cooperation. The program includes three consecutive stages, each of which is characterized by its benefits and obligations. At each stage of the program, a new potential participant is gradually introduced and involved in farming cooperation by providing certain preferences and benefits. During the internship process, a new participant can independently evaluate the effectiveness of joint decisions, the benefits of their full-fledged participation in cooperation, with the adjustment of their capabilities. We have proposed an author's assessment of the effectiveness of attracting interns into the practice of joining forces. It is shown that thanks to the use of our program, agricultural cooperatives receive additional economic benefits, and attracting new active participants in agricultural production helps to more effectively fight for government grants and subsidies, increase the sales market capacity, and increase the efficiency of the sale of cooperative products. In the course of the study, we carried out the estimated economic efficiency of cooperative land management with justification of the benefits of using step-by-step internship programs. Based on the results of the study, conclusions and suggestions were also formulated with an assessment of the effectiveness of the overall proposed design solutions.
