Abstract:
The article discusses the problem of effective use of agricultural lands as a basic object for the development of Russia's agrarian economy. The main purpose of these most valuable lands is to ensure sustainable production of agricultural products based on programs and projects. To achieve this, it is necessary to involve every hectare of agricultural land located in rural areas in effective circulation. The key mechanism here is a comprehensive approach to the development of land management schemes and projects within the boundaries of administrative-territorial entities as the basic documents for land planning and protection.
