The article researched with some issues of reproduction processes in agriculture, examines the dynamics of prices for the basic food groups, it puts forward the thesis of the need to adjust state policy of regulation of reproductive processes by improving the pricing mechanism, as well as the improvement of the state policy in the sphere of regulation of the activities of foundations supporting the innovation sector of the agricultural sector of the economy.
