The article analyzes the understanding of an inventory planning system as a form of national economic accounting, resulting from the free nature. Is considered State land cadastre, as systems and information about natural and economic the position of lands of the CBD, the location, targeted use, size and boundaries of land plots, their qualitative characteristics, accounting land use and cadastral value of land plots and other necessary information.
