The article explores the modern condition and trends of the corporate sectors in Japan and China. Regulatory mechanisms for corporate activities in the countries of Asian region are analyzed, their role in innovative economic development is illuminated. Main trends and problems of Russian corporations are identified. Special attention is dedicated to the methods of state support of innovations in science and technology, as well as to strengthening effective connections between scientific centers and the corporate economy sector.
