Abstract (English):
The article discusses the dynamics of change in the external debt of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the period of 2010-2015 years. The authors have analyzed the growth rates of the gross domestic product of Vietnam; identified the factors determining the necessity for borrowing financial resources on the foreign market. The authors propose the ways to optimize the amount of external debt of Vietnam.

The article discusses the dynamics of change in the external debt of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the period of 2010-2015 years. The authors have analyzed the growth rates of the gross domestic product of Vietnam; identified the factors determining the necessity for borrowing financial resources on the foreign market.
