Abstract (English):
The article raises the problem of assessment of activity of the Russian scientist, discusses two methods - expert and statistical, an assessment of each method. It also considers the existing scientometric indicators, their properties and shortcomings, the methods of their calculation. The proposed new model for calculating the integration of scientometric indicator of publication activity.
