In article questions regarding studying of processes of impact of the cultural capital on economy, especially in his interaction with the social capital are staticized. Also the hypothesis that unlike the national economy of Russia functioning and developing today as market, in the form of model of the imperfect competition in the culture interacting with public reproduction, exerting the return active impact on it is impossible to tell about it unambiguously is made and proved. The cultural and other shocks determined by change of a social and political, social and economic system in the 90th years of the 20th century in Russia still negatively affect activity of society including on its economic security.
