The article considers the engineering geological conditions of the earth as factors that may cause adjustments to the cadastral value of land. The authors, considering the moments of the state cadastral valuation, as well as factors that are able to complement (karst and slope processes, seismicity, obraznosti, hills, groundwater level, frost depth, etc.), suggest ways to address this issue by defining the design-budget calculations.
