Abstract (English):
Russia's economic development in recent years is characterized by a certain economic recovery. The improvement of the economic situation in the country increases the importance of motivation and stimulation of work of the administrative staff of the organizations of all patterns of ownership. Of special importance is the problem of interest management employees in the effective operation of their departments, increase their professionalism, initiative, enterprise, innovation. Analysis and generalization of scientific works on this problem shows the need for further development and deepening of theoretical and practical basics of motivation and stimulation of managerial labor in modern Russian organizations.

The improvement of the economic situation in the country increases the importance of motivation and stimulation of work of the administrative staff of the organizations of all patterns of ownership.
