The article presents some results of the observations of the author related to climatic factors that affect the change of bioclimatic factor of evaporation. We analyze the dynamics of the facts of the growing season when sunlight and temperature affect the evaporation of moisture in the soil. The ambiguity of high-level fluctuations of temperature of air intensely evaporates the moisture in the soil, which requires paying attention to watering crops.
