The introduction of technological innovations in small rural business is a significant factor in its development and the employment of the rural population. The economic and social importance of innovative development of rural entrepreneurship is scientifically substantiated. Entrepreneurship has a reserve base of labor force as its base. This is not officially working population. Also, the population that works in personal subsidiary farms. It is recommended to develop infrastructure in rural areas. Broadband Internet access and a network of organizations for training villagers in innovations and e-commerce are most significant. We need competencies to process, package and sell our products in the Russian and European markets. Efforts are needed for marketing promotion, financial support for the development of agrarian innovations and their implementation in the form of innovations. For this there are national projects.
