Abstract (English):
The existing system of management of agricultural enterprises needs comprehensive, timely, systematic information. In this regard, one of the most important tasks of the development of modern agricultural production is the organization of its management on the basis of the system information complex, as well as the development of theoretical and methodological provisions for the efficiency of agricultural production. The article discusses the situation on the food market after the introduction in August 2014. At the same time, one of the main problems of the proposed project of the proposed Digital Agriculture subprogramme is to focus their developers on detailing potential data planned for collecting and developing a system for providing the final agricultural producer with processed analytical data with scientifically-based recommendations for agricultural production, adapted to the conditions of a particular territory. After all, the accumulated data sets are simply useless without scientific processing and issuing to agricultural producers in the form of operational recommendations adapted to the conditions of their enterprises. The authors propose to combine the data of federal information systems and create a convenient mechanism for transferring these data arrays to fill the geographic information systems of agricultural enterprises.
