In the article on the data of the all-Russian agricultural census of 2016 in comparison with the data of the all-Russian agricultural census of 2006 the changes in the size of land use of agricultural organizations, peasant (farm) farms, individual entrepreneurs, personal subsidiary plots and horticultural associations of citizens are considered. The differences in the size of farms by Federal districts and subjects of the Russian Federation are also analyzed. It is concluded that the share of large land users in the sector of agricultural organizations and farms has increased significantly.
