Abstract (English):
The article considers the process of human resources development for the railway industry using practice oriented training, which allows to gain practical experience at the pre-production stage. It deals with the procedure and the indicators of practice oriented training. In conclusion, the article presents the lack of correspondence between expectations of employers and graduates when performing job functions. These disproportions can be minimized by using the training approach at issue.
