The article is devoted to the use of big data technologies, mobile applications and cloud technologies for the effective development of competitive strategies of organizations. The stages of introducing technologies of the BI segment into the practice of the organization are highlighted. The effects of introducing information technologies of the industrial Internet of things and business intelligence into operational activities are defined.
