Sustainable development is becoming an important aspect in the field of real estate, indicators of different groups are used for a comprehensive assessment of real estate, taking into account compliance with the principles of sustainable development. The article analyzes the first method of «green assessment» of the DOM.RF standard based on GOST R 70346-2022, taking into account the addition of relative indicators and calculations by the authors. It is proposed to use qualimetry methods to improve the developed methodology and artificial intelligence as a qualimetry tool to reduce the cost of conducting an assessment, improve the quality of assessment and reduce the subjectivity of the expert method.
