The paper analyzes technological management systems in oil and gas companies, compares approaches and methods of process management in Russia and abroad. The basic principles and tools used for effective management of technological processes in the oil and gas industry are highlighted. The author identifies the key factors influencing the success of technology management systems, such as innovative approaches, the quality of personnel, the level of automation and the introduction of modern information technologies. The main challenges and trends in the field of technology management are also analyzed, including the need to comply with strict safety standards, resistance to changes in the energy market and environmental sustainability requirements.
