The role of food products from water resources in ensuring food security and nutrition is increasingly recognized throughout the world. These unique products are a source of protein, amino acids and microelements. Recently, the contribution of fisheries to ensuring food security of the population has become increasingly recognized. Moreover, recently there has been a significant contribution to the innovative development of the industry, which is accordingly an incentive to intensify the development of the industry and the introduction of new fishing technologies.
