At this stage of the development of land management in the Russian Federation, forest reclamation measures, including the design of protective forest belts, play a special role in effectively combating wind erosion on arable land. The article analyzes the effectiveness of the creation of forest belts for the purpose of erosion control organization of the territory of the Pavlograd municipal district, calculates the assessment of the effectiveness of the placement of the projected field protection forest belt, the amount of capital investments, the payback period of design solutions, and also makes a feasibility study of the project proposal.
