Abstract (English):
This article aims to enlighten the strategic perspectives of consumer cooperation development taking into account different forms of cooperation and cooperation principles. This paper investigates the role of the vertical cooperatives and different structures in the production process, strategic directions of consumer cooperation development as well as methodic approaches to creation of consumer cooperatives.
